How API Keys Work in GateForge:
API keys authenticate client requests and bind them to a specific tenant organization. All requests carrying an active key inherit the sliding-window rate limit (e.g. 100 req/min) and monthly quota configured on that organization's plan. Secrets are hashed with SHA-256 and never stored in plaintext.
